Beta terms for ShoppableLab practice tools.
Independent educational software
ShoppableLab is an independent educational practice tool for beginner creator-commerce workflows. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or officially connected to TikTok, TikTok Shop, or any marketplace platform.
Mock data and no platform access
The drills use fictional products, mock scores, and mock metrics. ShoppableLab does not use real TikTok Shop data, scraping, official platform data access, official screenshots, official logos, or official marketplace UI.
No guaranteed results
ShoppableLab does not guarantee sales, orders, GMV, reach, views, clicks, conversions, commissions, earnings, account approval, policy compliance, or business results. Real marketplace outcomes depend on factors outside the product.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking platform policies, advertising rules, product-claim rules, disclosure obligations, consumer-protection requirements, and applicable laws before publishing real content or promoting real products.
Digital product delivery
Starter Pack Lite is a free PDF. The Full Starter Pack is a paid digital PDF delivered after successful hosted checkout through a private download link. Access recovery can send a fresh short-lived download link without revealing purchase status in the browser.
Payments and refunds
Checkout runs through a hosted payment provider when enabled. ShoppableLab does not store card details. A final public-beta refund policy has not been decided yet; until one is published, delivery or access issues should be reviewed case by case rather than treated as a harsh no-refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use ShoppableLab to imply official platform affiliation, claim certification, promise income, misrepresent mock data as real marketplace data, or create unsafe product claims. The product is for training and planning, not for bypassing platform rules.
