Find and save products

What Is TikTok Shop Showcase?

Direct answer

Showcase is a saved-product surface associated with a creator. It can appear as an audience-facing place to browse recommended products and as a creator-facing Manage surface for checking and organizing saved products. ShoppableLab focuses on the creator Manage job. Saving a product to Showcase is not the same as attaching it to a video, and ShoppableLab does not update a real Showcase.

Practice checking Showcase readiness

Saved products and creator management

The inspected Showcase material shows both an audience presentation and creator Manage behavior. In Manage, a creator may search, filter, inspect status, and organize products. Observed actions include Move to top, while other actions and labels vary across versions.

A product can remain present in Manage while under review, hidden, or unavailable. Presence alone does not establish that the product is ready to attach to content.

How Showcase fits the workflow

Product Marketplace comes first when discovering and saving a product. Showcase comes next when checking the saved product's status and order. The later Add Product to Video workflow selects a ready product for one draft.

The ShoppableLab Practice uses a fixed fictional saved product and one evidence-supported management action. It does not expose a real storefront, inventory, or account.

Q&A

Common questions

Can viewers and creators see the same Showcase presentation?

Showcase can have an audience-facing product presentation and a creator-facing Manage presentation. ShoppableLab teaches only the bounded creator Manage job.

Does a saved product automatically become linked to my video?

No. A saved product must still be selected in an eligible product-link workflow for the content.

Independent training boundary: ShoppableLab uses fixed fictional Practice states and does not access, modify, or diagnose a real TikTok Shop account.
