Current TikTok Shop US guidance describes official Practice mode as a private way to rehearse speaking and stream setup before an actual LIVE. Its mobile guidance says LIVE shopping tools are unavailable in mobile Practice mode, while LIVE Manager separately documents desktop Practice Mode for testing video and audio inputs. ShoppableLab has a different job: it is an independent fictional-training environment for preparation, decision rehearsal, and deterministic debrief. It does not connect to TikTok, configure an account, inspect eligibility, or publish a LIVE.
